God Is Omniscient

1 John 3:20: For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.

God knows everything, has always known everything and will always know everything. He has never learned anything new and He does not need to learn anything new.

Malachi 3:6: For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

When things don*t make sense to us we need to know that we don*t know what God knows.

Job 10:2: I will say unto God, Do not condemn me; shew me wherefore thou contendest with me.

What a wise prayer Job prayed. When things happen that we don*t understand we need to know why God sent them or permitted them. We need to learn what He wants to teach us. We need to know what He wants us to do differently, if anything. We need His loving correction and guidance. Whatever happens we need to remember that He loves us, that He is all-powerful and that He knows best.

Jeremiah 10:23: O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.

Psalms 37:23: The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.

Ezra 8:21: Then I proclaimed a fast there, at the river of Ahava, that we might afflict ourselves before our God, to seek of him a right way for us, and for our little ones, and for all our substance.

Proverbs 3:5: Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Troubles and trials are often our most teachable moments.

1 Peter 4:12: Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

1 Peter 1:6: Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: 7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

Psalms 119:71: It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes. 75 I know, O LORD, that thy judgments are right, and that thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me.

Matthew 5:11: Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

Romans 5:3: And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;

Psalms 94:12: Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law; 13 That thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit be digged for the wicked.

Revelation 3:19: As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

Psalms 30:5: For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

The worst thing that can happen to a believer is that he will die and go to Heaven. And that*s not a bad thing.
